Contest - 12/2005 - Scenery - EntriesYou'll find here entries received for this contest (rules here) :
Reservoir 23 by Luke The piece is a tank "plant". Its base is 20 cm by 20 cm. Fully made from waste materials. The platform can hold 4/5 minis. Its accesses are a stair and a ladder on a tank (added after the rest). Minis are protected except on the stair side. ![]() Reservoir 23 by Luke Watch center by Mokona Hi-tech pieces of equipment designed to survey under-water moves are enclosed in this area. By analysing vibes and electromagnetic spectrum, they can display moving bodies on the monitor you'll find atop the watch tower. This area can be used as the target of "Take the hill" scenario or as an area to protect. This piece of scenery is close to 30cm by 30cm. Main area has two opposite entrances. Tower can be accessed by two ladders of 4" high. Then, most UW minis will be able to reach the top using a single move. ![]() Watch center by Mokona Station 57 by Tupad My scenery is a monorail station. It is in the middle of park, making it a strategic spot. It was requisitionned after the destruction of the monorail and is used as an oupost. Unfortunatly, it was bombed, probably by Junkers since only a very few bombs hitted it directly (see hole at its backside and damages its superior structured suffered). It doesn't provide much cover. Stripped zone warns about a magnetic field that appeared when the monorail train was entering the place. Whole piece measures 25 x 20 cm. The stair and the blown wall provide access to the second floor. Roof is removable. Stair is 15 cm long and the second floor is 11 cm higher than first one. Upper floor is large enough for big size miniatures (Shogun,...) that can access it via the collapsed wall. Station 57 by Tupad Hill by Igor It's a simple hill (about 30 cm by 20 cm). It's done entirely in polystyren. It is in the contest criteria but it's a little bit difficult to tell an history with such a terrain element. ![]() Hill by Igor ![]() Please subscribe to Urban Zone newsletter to get updates'notifications.
